Actually the product is being put through some really interesting tests, we are right now sure it is safe for just about any surface. The simple fact that all the test's we tried Stainerizer on went really well.
NONE OF THE BELOW… have become a problem during the tests…
- Lightening carpeting, furniture and other surfaces - This is such a huge problem in alot of pet stain removers. With the natural ingredients and correct formulation. There has been absolutely no staining on multiple surfaces and carpeting.
- Not Working On Old Carpet Stains - Well it was really hard to test old pee stains… simply because we had to store the carpeting and materials with urine on them. But…. you will be happy to know that Stainerizer is doing great. Thus, the guarantee you will receive when you order.
Not Getting Rid of The Odor - We actually are pretty good in this category. Our latest product would get rid of old Moldy odors. Since then we took some of the ingredients and formula and incorporated into the Stainerizer pet stain remover. The odor is really STUNNING!!!! I heard about Stainerizer and I didn't believe it at first. My mother has a golden retriever that she keeps in her home and she used it on all of her carpets. I couldn't believe how that removes not only the pet urine but the smell in the home as well. Bravo, I am now a believer.

Yes the product does work on a mattress… We have had quite a few members have the same problem.

My dog has to urinate on concrete which over time has become stained to the point that I cannot scrub it off. I have tried detergent with baking soda & vinegar and even resorted to detergent with bleach to no avail. It just keeps getting worse. Can you give me a personal reply instead of just directing me to a web site that does not address concrete cleaning.

The product works on any surface. We have videos that show it on carpeting and fabrics. As for concrete surface, it depends on the amount of time the stain has been there, Stainerizer has done wonders on many stains on hard surfaces and we found sometimes on really, really old stains you may need to use more applications. But overall the stain came out.
